I am passionate about helping others navigate their physical, mental, and emotional challenges. After facing my own struggles with severe head trauma and burnout, I discovered the profound healing power of yoga. Yoga not only helped me regain my physical strength but also transformed my mental and emotional well-being. Now, as a Yoga Therapist, I work with clients to create individualized plans that foster healing, balance, and resilience.

I am a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and trained at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts. My background in youth work and leadership has given me unique insights into helping individuals from all walks of life find their own path to wellness.

I specialize in therapeutic yoga for individuals dealing with chronic pain, burnout, mental health challenges, and trauma. My work includes trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and body-first approaches to emotional regulation and healing.
