Life is hard enough that you shouldn't have to go through it alone. You have a life full of experiences that are uniquely your own. Anxiety and depression can challenge these thoughts, quietly at first, but then grow to feel like chaos all at once. I focus my clinical work with school aged children, adolescents, people with Autism, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and self harm. We work together to make sense of the difficult feelings and to experience them together as we work together to undo aloneness. As we explore different emotions, I provide space for growth in self-awareness and self-compassion.

Through curiosity and self-compassion, you and I will integrate all the pieces together, including past events and feelings about the future to encourage your growth as a perfectly, imperfect individual. I use an integrative counselling approach based from a Somatic lens, drawing on Narrative therapy and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.

You are not alone in this world; I want to be able to come along side you to strengthen your skills that you've adapted along the way, as well as collaborate on new pathways we can explore together towards increased self-awareness. You know you best, and if you choose, I want to be able to walk with you and support you in a way that adds new insight.
