ThriveLife is excited to be in a brand new office space with expanded services and new opportunities for a genuinely collaborative wrap-around team of wellness professionals.

We opened the new office summer 2024, ThriveLife’s new location on the top, mountain-view floor of 8063 199 Street in Langley will offer a brand new, custom built health and wellness setting for professionals to serve their clients with care. With over 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully constructed, wellness-minded space, practitioners have the opportunity to join a collective of professionals eager to bring their expertise to serve the community of Langley and area.

Our new 3rd floor office space is in the Langley Business Centre professional building, (the red building),  next block west of the Langley Events Centre, near the Carvolth transit hub, and many local amenities in the Latimer Village and Willoughby areas. It includes a comfortable waiting area, 2 play therapy rooms, 6 counselling offices, and 4 treatment rooms appropriately equipped for various paramedical health and wellness professional services. It also includes a staff kitchen, in-suite laundry, ethically compliant secure file storage, and a 500+ square foot studio space, appropriate for hosting classes, workshops, trainings and therapeutic groups.

We are currently seeking health professionals to join us in this new space. We would be eager to connect with the following kinds of professionals, and invite applications for areas of interest/specialization outside of those listed here:

  • Particularly trauma-informed practitioners specializing in areas around chronic pain, trauma and dissociative conditions, and able to work with ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients. Electric lift massage beds, linens and in-suite laundry are provided.

  • Naturopathic Doctors

  • Particularly trauma-informed practitioners specializing in mental health related concerns for various age groups; chronic pain related concerns; supporting families of neurodivergent children; and/or supporting people struggling with disordered eating.

  • Nurse Practitioners

  • Psychologists

Within our model, professionals are fully autonomous business owners working within a collective, team framework. Team members pay a flat monthly fee that includes access to either half or full day office use. Offices are fully furnished/equipped and include access to all amenities including printer/fax/copier, wifi, tissues, linens, laundry, cleaning; access to building amenities including lower level secure underground parking garage, surface parking for clients, accessible elevator and shared floor accessible washrooms; as well as joint marketing and referral support.

Team members can elect to pay a small additional monthly fee to have access to their own independent clinic management account with Jane (see Jane.app to learn more). Our team members retain autonomy of their practices and their clients - many of our clinicians choose to develop their own logos, websites and marketing materials in addition to the services we provide for them. Meanwhile, we offer a ton of support and help you build your caseload quickly - several of our existing counselling clinicians have built a full caseload in a couple of months following their start date.

Our Langley office space is beautifully furnished and decorated, with the emotional safety and calm of your clients in mind. The offices were built specifically for us and have included several custom additions in an effort to support confidentiality and quality of care, including: custom ventilation to restrict sound travel; double-insulated interior walls to limit sound transfer; and sound-sealed doorways.

We work to build a team that can work collaboratively rather than competitively through diversification of clinical interests. We desire to add clinicians who have experience in their field and who have invested in training beyond their base requisite program in their respective area of specialization. While we value the use of basic clinical skills sets, we are looking for practitioners who bring a depth of theory and skill to their work and would prefer clinicians grounded in trauma-informed and more deeply rooted approaches.

ThriveLife is a uniquely designed group practice that allows for the benefits of operating as a team without encroaching on the autonomy of your personal business. For over 5 years, I have thoroughly appreciated the work environment, the leadership, the collaborative culture, and the genuine connections with colleagues. ThriveLife has offered both the stability and opportunities for creativity in the steady growth of my practice. This structure is supportive of both new practitioners and those of us who have been doing this work for a considerable amount of time, making the work environment feel diverse and current.
