Hatha Yoga
Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:15 pm - with Sydnee RussellA weekly drop-in class for all. A yoga class for balance. Taking the time to unify body, mind and spirit, this hour will be dedicated to connecting to our bodies, our breath and to being in the present. Using traditional yoga postures to find the place where strength and ease meet, students will be given options for every level of ability and flexibility.

Yin Yoga
Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm - with Sydnee RussellDo you ever feel like your nervous system is on fire? Being constantly pulled in all directions from the seemingly endless stresses of life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. We rarely give ourselves productive rest and allow our nervous system the time and space to unwind. This class is meant to do just that. Between long held stretches, calming breath work and time to reflect inwards and meditate, we hope you leave feeling calm and rejuvenated. A weekly drop-in class for all.

Yoga for Nervous System
Thursdays: 7:15 - 8:15 pm - with Danny FergusonA weekly class designed to teach your body to rest. Yoga promotes deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. In this class, you will be guided through a systematic journey of body awareness, breathwork, and visualization, allowing you to release tension and help reset your nervous system. Suitable for all levels, Yoga accessible for everyone. Register ahead of time for 1 or more classes or drop in.

Yoga for Dudes
Thursdays: 8:30 - 9:30 pm - with Danny FergusonA weekly drop-in class for Men. This class focuses on flexibility and strength for guys who are struggling with stiff/sore muscles and joints and who want to keep their peak for years to come. Whether you've done yoga before or never dared to try this class will be able to help and challenge you to a better body and stress level.

Bump to Baby Yoga
Fridays: 9 - 10 am - with Danny Ferguson(Pre and Peri-natal, pre-mobile babies welcome)
This gentle yoga class is designed for pregnant women and new moms to move, breathe, and connect in a supportive space. You'll explore safe, mindful movement to ease tension, build strength, and restore balance during pregnancy and postpartum. No yoga experience needed. All trimesters and postpartum stages welcome. Babies are welcome to join postpartum mamas!

Yoga for Intense Careers
Fridays: 10:15 - 11:15 am - with Danny FergusonDesigned for busy professionals, this class offers tools to manage the physical and mental demands of your vital work. Through functional movement, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and develop techniques to support nervous system, reduce stress and enhance recovery. Improve your physical fitness, manage stress, or cultivate mental clarity, this practice provides a supportive space to recharge and fortify your well-being.
