Restore & Renew: Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
- with Shyama-Priya Singh -

Slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body in this deeply supportive and nurturing yoga class. Restore & Renew is thoughtfully designed for those who need a gentler approach to movement—including pregnant individuals, seniors, and anyone recovering from injury or managing physical limitations.

This class focuses on mindful, low-impact movements, breath awareness, and restorative postures that help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Flow State

Tuesdays: 5:45 - 6:45 pm

Find your rhythm and move with intention in Flow State, a dynamic yoga class that blends breath, movement, and mindful focus. This all-levels flow invites you to connect mind and body as you move through sequences designed to build strength, mobility, and balance.

With options to modify, you’re encouraged to meet yourself where you are while exploring the challenge of staying present in motion. Expect an energizing, immersive experience that helps you get out of your head and into your body.

Hatha Yoga 

Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm

A weekly drop-in class for all. A yoga class for balance. Taking the time to unify body, mind and spirit, this hour will be dedicated to connecting to our bodies, our breath and to being in the present. Using traditional yoga postures to find the place where strength and ease meet, students will be given options for every level of ability and flexibility.

Yin Yoga

Wednesdays 6:45 - 7:45 pm

Do you ever feel like your nervous system is on fire? Being constantly pulled in all directions from the seemingly endless stresses of life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. We rarely give ourselves productive rest and allow our nervous system the time and space to unwind. This class is meant to do just that. Between long held stretches, calming breath work and time to reflect inwards and meditate, we hope you leave feeling calm and rejuvenated. A weekly drop-in class for all.

Power & Flexibility

Thursdays: 6 - 7 pm
- with Danny Ferguson -

Build strength, improve mobility, and move with control in this dynamic, full-body class. Power & Flexibility blends intentional strength work with deep, targeted stretching to support stability, range of motion, and overall resilience in the body.

Designed for all levels, this class offers options to challenge yourself or modify as needed. You’ll move through a mix of strength-focused sequences and lengthening work that helps release tension and improve ease of movement.

Yoga for Nervous System

Thursdays: 7:15 - 8:15 pm

A weekly class designed to teach your body to rest. Yoga promotes deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. In this class, you will be guided through a systematic journey of body awareness, breathwork, and visualization, allowing you to release tension and help reset your nervous system. Suitable for all levels, Yoga accessible for everyone. Register ahead of time for 1 or more classes or drop in.

Yoga for Dudes

Thursdays: 8:30 - 9:30 pm

A weekly drop-in class for Men. This class focuses on flexibility and strength for guys who are struggling with stiff/sore muscles and joints and who want to keep their peak for years to come. Whether you've done yoga before or never dared to try this class will be able to help and challenge you to a better body and stress level.
